Only the tradespeople you invite or choose. Until you choose to see who quoted, tradespeople see what you want done and your postcode, not who you are.

No. The tradespeople are independent businesses. If you hire one, they send you their own offer, and the contract is between you and them.

Maybe not. Repairs to the flat itself, like damp, heating or leaks, are usually the landlord's: tell your landlord in writing first. Your own projects, like hanging things or assembling furniture, are yours.
